hi, plz plz help me i need some help. i got my ilr last year after two years sopuse visa. my husband is british and he is in prison for 6 months. i already know i am entitle to public funds but when i filled benefit forms i declaired about my husband's sitution. now my question is would it effect my naturalization application in future? ofcourse case worker will ask detail from hmrc and dwp about what benefit i have claimed and how i am entitled to claim them. i am so confufed. would it effect my application . plz can any one can help me ?

If you have done nothing wrong then you dont have to worry about it. HO cant punish you for your husband's wrongdoing... and you can claim benefit on ILR.
