Reg Spose visa VAF4A & VAF4A2 new guidelines for salarie

Hi,

I'm bit confused with all kind of requirements provided in UKBA site. Please can anyone help me understanding those.

I believe I have to produce following document to support my spouce application
1, Employment proof from my employer for past 12 months( as i changed job recently)
2, marriage certificate
3, bank statements corresponding to wages mentioned in salary slips
4, salary slips
5, Accomodation Support
6, Copy my biometric resident permit
Please do let me know if i need to submit any other documents apart from these

Following are the other doubts i have
On Financial requirement -
Q1, Do I need to provide any support of maintenance if I have salary more than requirement. if so how much for how many months, does it needs to be in UK.
Q2, Do I need to provide following documents from all the employer if I switched employment.

1, Letter from the employer(s) who issued the wage slips confirming:
(i) the person's employment and gross annual salary;
(ii) the length of their employment;
(iii) the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application; and
(iv) the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).

2, A signed contract of employment for employment currently held.

On Acomodation Support
Q3, As I've recently shifted the job I moved to Shared accomodation. My previous tenancy has just terminated, and I do not have any house agreement/council tax bills, utility bilss on my name. Even my current pay slips(mentioned inside payslips) directed to my shared accomodation address. In the guidelines they mentioned do not pay for accomodation untill the visa is aprooved. If this is the case how I can arrange for accomodation proof. Also heard some cases where the applications were rejected because of overcrowded..

please help me.. i'm badly need this information...
