Urgent help with bank statements needed_Seniors please help!

Post by maggyfu1 » Fri Sep 14, 2012 9:49 pm

Hi all,

I am due for my PEO appointment today and had my documents checked by my solicitor. And what do you know.......problem with maintenance fund! Basically i cocked up and didnt read the new rules so i have less than 900 quid in my account. But luckily i had some money in my German bank account as i have been working there. But the problem is that these statement dont give a daily closing bank balance like the UK statements. So apparently this is ok for proof of earnings but not good enough for the maintenance proof as UKBA need the closing balance for each day. I checked and sure enough for the first time i noticed that the German statements only have credit and debit and no third column like closing balance like the UK ones.

So i am planning to fly back next week so i can beg and grovel at my bank manager to give me a letter to say my balance hasnt dropped below the criteria given..........seniors please advise.........am i fretting over nothing or is this for real????

It should be blatantly obvious to anyone theres enough money in there but we all know what UKBA can be like.........

Please advise.....
