I just need simple answer, my wife is british she is claiming child benefit on her own. working tax credit child tax credit both of us and also she claimed support for our childrens for nursery because they are under 3 years. I am on spouse visa, will I BE AFFECTED WHEN I WANT TO APPLY FOR IRL.
