ILR(SET(0) and FLR(M) on the same day

hi

i am in Tier 2 ICT and planning for my ILR on Oct 9th. I have got an appointment for my ILR (SETO) on Oct 9th. My wife is on a Tier 2 ICT dependent. i was planning to apply for the FLR(M) for her , but there is only one appointmetn for me, Can i apply for her also on the same day along iwth my appointment , or shoudl i wait until my ILR come through. say after 1 or 2 days,. Please can you advise what should i do> any help on this query will be helpful.
