Retention of Rights - Cover Letter?

I'm about to send all my papers to the Home Office, just waiting for the divorce papers to come through.... but I am lost as to what I need to say in the cover letter. There is no information out there about this and any tips would help me greatly.

As you can imagine, it's been quite stressful and I would just like this part of my life to be over and move on... :roll:
