ILR for Dependants

Post by kseevak » Sun Sep 16, 2012 7:41 am

Hello every one.

I have come to UK in the end of the year 2008 and my wife joined me at the same time in 2008 and went back to india and then again joined me around end of 2009. Since then my dependants are living in UK continuously. so whether my dependants are eligible for ILR in the year ending 2013 as mine or do I need to wait for the 5 years to complete for my dependants to apply for ILR.

Somewhere in the UKBA website, i have noticed that the dependants need to be continuously for 2 +years in UK with the main applicant to be eligible for ILR dependants. But now I could not locate that rule in the website. If any of you find this information in the UKBA website, kindly provide me the link.

Appreciate your comments and advice.

Thanks.
