Convertion of Visa

Can the dependant Tier 1 PSW can study on Tier 4 Visa? I know the dependant can study even without visa convertion, however, is it possible by immigration rules.

If the Tier 1 PSW dependant changed visa to Tier 4, can his dependant be converted in country from Tier 1 PSW main applicant to Tier 4 student dependant?

The dependent can study without changing his or her visa. If the dependent wished to apply for tier 4 he or she would have to so from outside the UK. Similarly it is not possible to switch from psw to tier 4 dependent from within the UK either.
