My wife got the letter stating "the minister intends to grant your application"...

Just need to send the money, photos, GNIB and...

"Original Travel Document (if applicable). Please do not submit your/your client's own national passport"

What does this mean? Whats an 'original travel document' if it isn't a passport? Why wouldn't it be applicable?

it only applies to people who were granted refugee status and do not have their national passports anymore.
it does not apply to you wife
