FLR (M) Section 4 - Dependent Children & the Issue of &q

Perhaps I am over-reading this section, but I have seen this question asked elsewhere and I have not found any decent answers.

(And the "FLR(M) Guidance Notes" are absolutely useless!)

Anyway, my situation is this:

My children are not subject to immigration control, but my wife is.
She is applying for an extention using FLR(M).
Section 4 of FLR(M) requires information about "children living with you in the UK and who are applying as your dependants".

OK. There is a lot riding on this "and". Does this mean both/and -or- and/or!?!?

Easy question: Do I include the children's details here (who are not applying as dependants) or do I leave Section 4 entirely blank?
