State printed in place of birth field in BRP

I have applied for Tier-1 general extension on 14th August 2012 using premium service at Croydon PEO. I have received my BRP and I have verified all the details in it. In "Place of Birth" field, "STATE" is printed instead of "CITY" in the BRP. My passport has both "CITY" and "STATE" . Please let me know if it is correct. Or do i need to get it corrected?Anyone else faced similar issue?

Example:
Place of birth in Passport : Guntur, Andhra Pradesh
Place of birth in BRP : Andhra Pradesh
