eea claiming child benefit

Hi everyone,
i am trying to claim child benefits for my 3 children. I am an eea citizen (Greece) recently moved in uk. i was given a "child benefit for people coming from abroad" form to complete with the CH2 basic form.
Does anyone knows about it?
In my origin country i receive every two months a "three children" benefit because i have three kids. I do not get any other benefit such as family support, or child benefit.
1.Am i supposed to cancel it before applying for uk child benefit?
2.Do i claim child tax credit after the child benefit? what is the right order?
3.Does it matters if me and my children are temporarily staying with relatives (brother)?
