EEA FP help me pls

Post by themagic26 » Tue Sep 18, 2012 9:02 pm

hi all and thans for this great forum

i am from algeria i get married with my polish wife on 21 september 2011
i joined my wife to poland on 3 August 2012 and in soon i will get my polish residant card for 1 year
me and my wife decided to move together to live in England in next few days
i read many topics in this forum
so i have to apply for EEA Family Permit ,and this is the documents wich i will provide to the embassy

my and my wifes passport ,a cover letter ,application form ,my residance card, our mariage contract, my wifes work contract payslips and her inssurance
(by the way i dont have work in poland)
i have applyed for student visitor visa to england 2 years ago and i got refused visa in 2 times
and the reason was my school was not highly trusted

after this i still have other questions without answer
i hope someone can help me and answer my questions
1- do i have to provide other documents like( bank history of my wifeand mine ,my inssurance, plane ticket ,invitation from her brother who lives in england,,,etc)
2- do i have to translate any document from polish language to english ?
bec my wifes documents are in polish and our marriage contract is in polish too , we will not have a problem with the uk border
3- what we have to write exactly in a cover letter ,we dont need invitation or work seekig ... we dont have to prove why we are going to uk?
or we just write that we would like to work and live in uk
4- what is my chances to get EEA FP ?
5- i would like to go to England and start work as soon as possible i know that i hqave right to work in uk since i get EEA FP, but i dont und from different topics in this forum abt (dont complete the landing card , with UK border in the airport)
so what i have to do exactly since i will be in airport? what i have to say?

me and my wife we only wait for my residance card to start the application for EEA FP
i hope any advice or any one had the same expirience or any one can help
im waiting for answers and thank u in advance

Passports, marriage certificate, cover letter. The cover letter, written and signed by the EEA national, states that the EEA national wishes the non-EEA family member to travel with or join to the UK.

If the marriage has taken place only "recently" it may be advisable to include documents demonstrating a subsisting marriage. An adverse immigration history may work against the applicant too.

Yes, also fill in the application form.

But I strongly suggest not to assume that you will be just fine. Carefully read this entry clearance guide and most importantly this document.

There is really no need to just copy and paste your original post because most of your questions have been answered above. If you do not understand then please be specific as to what you need clarification on.

Non-English documents need to be translated. Consult the local embassy as how they want that done. The list of required documents is as given above (it's also explained in the link I gave you). You do not need to give a reason for your travel to the UK. Nobody here can possibly tell you your chances. You will need to work on clarfication about your marriage (again, see the second link above) since you have lived together for only a very short time esp. information on your relationship before marriage. If you feel that you need to clarify your previous refusal you can do that in the cover letter.
