Gents.......Can you help out here please with a breakdown / guide on when conviction will be spent based on this scenario

Court case February 2007

Case – convicted for drink driving and dangerous driving

Court sentence as follows;

1. Drink driving – banned from driving for one year and 800pounds
2. Dangerous driving – 300pounds.

With the above illustration when will my conviction become spent?

I understand with a court fine you have 5yrs for the conviction to become spent as long as you are above 18years of age at the time of conviction. However in a situation whereby one was also charged 300pounds on the same case for dangerous driving, when will the conviction become spent??

Under current rules, 5 years from the date of conviction.

@sushdmehta..

Many thanks I have always thought so, but the issue of been fined for drink driving and dangerous driving at the same time, I was now confused if it is 10years:( .

Thanks once again...

Only "sentences" can run consecutively or concurrently, not fines.
