Applying Together for BC

Post by RSG » Wed Sep 19, 2012 1:28 pm

Hi,

I've read the FAQ section here. But I'd like to make it clear for my case.

I have been in UK 5 years 11 months (5 years (WP+TIER1) + 1 year ILR). I have got my ILR status SEP 2011. I am now eligible to apply BC.

My wife has been in UK since NOV 2008 (3 years 10 months) (2.10 years in Tier 1 dep and 1 year ILR).

My Son was born in abroad and come to UK on NOV 2008 (3 years 10 months) (2.10 years in Tier 1 dep and 1 year ILR).

Is my wife eligible to apply BC along with me now using Form AN?
Is my son eligible to apply BC along with me now using Form MN1?

Please Could you help me out the answers for my two questions as I have only short period of time to apply BC via NCS?

Huge thanks - RS
