SAR - information to request

Hey guys

I saw that the HO has a form for requesting a SAR. It says at the end (tick box) you can request all data held by UKBA.

Is this the box that you must tick in order to find out if you have any gap for an ILR application.

If not, what information do you need to request.

Ask for the whole bunch. I cannot possibly confirm this but I feel it does not accelerate anything even if you ask for anything less than the whole information. So ask the whole info. Most people I have seen in this site did it that way.

i am due for 10 yrs ILR in Nov, was thinking of SAR today and had same question as you.

i will tick that last box and send it.

i ticked the whole and received a bunch of papers, but couldnt find which paper for gaps report.
