Urgent: Regarding Dependent work

Hi,

I will be traveling to UK next week under ICT tier2 Short Term.

My dependent (Wife) will be joining me after 4 months). She was in UK earlier from Sept-2011 to May -2012.

My question will she be eligible to come to UK as dependent?

and if she can, will she be eligible for work there in UK?
