Visa Extension for week

Hi,
Could someone experienced please reply if it is possible ?
My visa is expiring on 13th of November and I wanted to Sit for CIMA's paper on 20th of Nov.

Any suggestion please to extend visa for 7 days or if i overstay for 7 days would it be problem for my immigration history ?

Overstaying for 7 days should not affect future application(s), though you'll have to declare the overstay in any application that asks for such details.

Overstaying for more than 28 days can be a problem.
