SET(M) for dependant of 10 YEAR ILR

Post by vikramvvs » Thu Sep 20, 2012 11:51 pm

Hi All

Brief immigration history before my question

1. My wife entered as PSW dependant in June 2009 ( Her visa given from June 2009 to Feb 2010)
2. Went to India in October 2009 as she was pregnant
3. Applied for Tier 1 dependant in Sep 2010 from India but it was refused on general grounds
4. Appealed and got the visa so She came back to London in October 2011
5. Applied for FLR(M) in Sep 2012. (Got the visa for 2 years i.e., till Sep2014)

As per the immigration rules dependant can apply for ILR if he/she completed 2 years in UK if he/she entered as PBS dependant.

So how can I count 2 year period in my case.

Please can someone suggest. its really valuable

Many thanks in advance
