Both routes are viable. Both are entitlement to register so have the same success rate (no discretion by the HO if you meet the requirements). Use the one which you meet the requirements of and can prove that.

And it's form S3 if born in the UK.

You use Form T if applying on the basis of first 10 years in the U.K. even if stateless.

Although - are you sure that you're really stateless? Most U.K. born children of foreign parents possess the parent's citizenship.

I will use the form T which seems to be the best way for me, thank you. :)
