After acquiring PR through EEA4 I am now gathering info for BC after 1 year
Under section 1 in personal information they ask for date of ILR. I am guessing I can write the date of PR as I would not have ILR.
In section 2 under RR they are asking for absence from UK in the last 5 years – is this necessary if one has PR. I mean I had to prove 5 years absences and residence to get the PR in the first place. Don’t you just have to prove the last year under PR? What is the point of PR if you have to prove everything again?
In section 2 sub-section for EEA nationals they are asking proof of “exercising EC Treaty Rights” WHATS the point if you already have PR granted and especially if you are a family member and not an EEA citizen yourself? How to exercise treaty right if not an EEA national. Is the PR vignette not enough proof?
Is it ok to ignore sections on form that should not apply?
