Tier-1,Domestic violence !

Post by java » Fri Sep 21, 2012 11:59 pm

Hello all ,
I am main applicant of tier-1 and new here. This forum looks quite helpful and I would also be glad to help someone out here as far I know.
To start with my own problem,
I am in the UK under the point based system Tier-1.
I have already extended mine and family visa making it 5 years in total.
I am due to apply ILR in coming January 2013.
Meanwhile,
A couple of month back, me and my spouse had a clash and she and kids reported to the police.Luckily, I was released on a caution the next day.But we are now living separately. She is living somewhere with kids but I don't know where? .I have no connection with my kids.I have just got a form from Child Support Agency(CSA) asking for child maintenance .
Could anyone please advise either I should /must inform the Home office now regarding the current changes?
or just stay doing nothing and apply ILR without my spouse and kids ( social worker says they will apply separately under the provision of domestic violence )
or can I still apply for all though we are not living together ?

Please remember we wont be living at the same address if we apply together or myself only.
Thank you for your outstanding help.
