Tier1 Ext. Salary + Dividend plz help

Hi Guys,

My Ext. is due next month and i need 50k to qualify.

I have earned 29k from my employment and salary coming into my personal account by direct debit.

I am also running a business and drawing dividend every month, i am transfering dividend from my Business Account to my personal account every month.
For example, if i earned 1800 in a month i transfered 1500 as dividend.

Now in past 12month i earned 29k from employment and 22k Dividend came into my personal account from my Company Account.

My employer has already been deducting tax on my salary. and I will pay tax on 22k Dividend.

I am registered as self employed too and paying NI.

Please let me know if you see any problem in my case.

My income is Gross Salary + Dividend 29+22 =51 k
Earning required 50k
