Eligibility for ILR (Permanent Resident) in UK with Tier2.

I was issued a Tier1 Visa from India in August 2007 first entered UK in May 2009. I stayed for only 2 days but never stayed out of UK for more than 3 months (my husband was a resident of Italy and used to stay with him) after that. Later changed to tier2 with US based Multinational Sponsor company. I am on Tier2 since April 2010, working and residing in UK since April 2010. When I will be able to apply for ILR status, in 2015 (or in 2014, condering my first entry to UK one year earlier on Tier1)? Can anybody explain the intricacies involved in this issue?

May be somebody can suggest a good immigration adviser/attorney for consultation and any idea how much it may cost.

Which Tier 1 are you referring to here?

Be specific about your entry / exit dates between May 2009 and April 2010 ... and total no. of absences since May 2009 and also since April 2010.

Thanks for the prompt response. My Tier1 (General) visa was issued in January 2009 from India. I first entered UK on 31-st May 2009 for interviews, Stayed for 2 days and later re entered on 11-th October 2009 (Interviews), stayed for 4 days and returned. My next entry was on 4-th November(3 or 4 days) 2009 and followed by on 28-th November 2009 for one week.

During 2010, Came to UK on 14-th January and stayed for week. Re entered UK on 17-th February and applied for my Tier2 (General) visa sponsored by a company, stayed back for around a month and was issued Tier2 (General) on 17.03.2010. since then I am working and staying in UK continuously, without any break (Apart from 2 weeks holiday outside).
Currently I am on Tier2 (General) since 17-th March 2010. My doubt is whether the one year period on Tier1(general) prior to my Tier2(General) will be counted for application for ILR status in UK.
