Regarding Visa Extension/ILR

Post by satya78 » Sun Sep 23, 2012 6:41 pm

Hi All,

I got some queries regarding visa extension and ILR and sure some one will be able to assist me.

I received my work permit in India on 17th Feb 2008 however came to UK on on 24th March 2008.As my work permit was for 1 year , my company extended my visa for another 2 years on Tier2.In first week of Feb 2010 I switched my Visa status from Tier2 to Tier1 and got 3 years visa until first week of Feb 2013.So I am not sure if I have to extend my visa for before I apply for ILR or I can directly apply for ILR.

Thanks for your input and advise in advance.
Regards

There are multiple sub-categories of both Tier 2 and Tier 1. Unless you be specific in what you are stating no one can answer your queries.
