Hello everyone,
I Hold a Residence card , which i retained from my ex . can I bring my spouse to the uk ? She lives outside the EEA .
Is the VAF5 the right application form to use. or which form is the right one.

There are no provisions in the immigration rules or EEA regulations for sponsoring of family member of someone who has retained right of residence. You will therefore have to wait until you have secured Permanent Residence.

Except of course you are able to undertake a legal challenge that the lack of provision in the immigration is discriminatory and breaches your right to private and family life.
