In the guidance form of PBS dependant policy, what does this clause mean- ïf the Migrant is in UK for more than 12 months. I came to UK 18 months back, but went to India on visit for 18 days one month back.

Do I satisfy this clause? Pls guide.

Temporary absences (e.g. - holidays / business trips) do not affect the "residency period". So if you have been resident in the UK for 12 months or more, then your business trips / holidays abroad don't change that.
