Need help for dependent visa

Hi All,

I am going to apply ILR in feb 2012.my tier 1 General visa going to expire 23 feb 2012.my wife is my dependent but she can not apply ILR because she is in UK only 18 month.she is not eligible for ILR.my question is that her visa also going to expire on 23 feb 2012 because she is my dependent.When i am going to submit my ilr application her visa is going to expire.So in this case what i need to do?is there any other application i can submit for her on a same time?

Is your wife a doctor / dentist by profession? If not, and you will be applying for settlement as an economic migrant (under PBS rules) then she may extend her leave as a PBS dependant (yes, the rules (319C & 319D) now allow it).
