When i booked the appointment, there was some error message, but I got an email stating an appointment is booked (with ref number). The appointment is not added to my profile yet. I am confused now... I checked in the forum, this issue was faced by many, but they called UKBA to confirm their appointment. When I call them to confirm, the call disconnects after stating an automated message.
I really confused as to what i can do now - just go to the appointment directly? Or do I need to confirm the appointment is booked?
