Visa for new born baby to Tier 1(general) parents

Post by hichohan » Mon Sep 24, 2012 3:14 am

Hi there,

This is my very first time on this forum.
I am tier 1 general migrant and my ILR is due on July 2013, our baby was born on may 2012 and i dont have any plans to travel outside UK before i get my ILR, i just want to ask, is it compulsory for me to get visa for my new born baby now or am i allowed to wait till i apply for my ILR and at that time i can apply for my new born baby with my other dependants.
Could any body guide me please and post the UKBA link as well if possible.

Many thanks

The post was spam and has been removed from public view. A disadvantage of using "email me when a reply is posted"!
