YMS VISA APP

Post by Reagan N Sabrina Dean » Mon Sep 24, 2012 10:27 am

Hi all,
i am about to apply for a "YMS" visa i have a couple of questions i have 2 unspent convictions i have not paid fines for:
fail to apper in court-fine $300au and
possess utencils or pipes-fine $250au
because the fines are unpaid will they look badly on this?

also i was not granted entry to the UK earlyer this year because i tryed to gain entry on a visit because i have a partner there and didnt have suffient evedence that i would return home i did not apply for a visa for this visit and i was granted 2 days tempary admission, i overstayed an extra 4 days and handed myself in where i was placed in a detention centre to await my flight then deported back to australia apparently this will not effect my application (so ive been told by the home office)i assume my return flight i had paid for previously paid for the return home?
although will me having a partner in the UK be reason enough to not grant my visa? thanks.

Not really a good look, unpaid fines .. you ought to pay them.

Also that you've overstayed once in the UK the UKBA may take your early deportation record into consideration.

UKBA take all this into account whether to admit or refuse any visa as they need to know the applicant is of a good character.
