Applying for Albanian Marriage visa (non UK)

Hi ALL!!

Me and my albanian fiance are going to get married soon and trying to sort out some paperwork.
Im russian.

I had been browsing internet to find some relevant information about what documents i need to send to Albanian embassy to get Albanian marriage visa. Nothing i found...
I called to our Albanian embassy- they Ambassador hardly speaks russian, but he told me that i need to have an invitation, certificate of no impediment, state about my criminal records, birth certificate and etc... What form of invitation, what should be written there- nobody knows...

So my question is - what invitation i need?
Maybe somebody knows how we i can apply for residency permit in albania? what i need to have with myself?
