Tier 1 Entrepreneur: Limited Company More than 3 months old

Hello,

I am currently on TIer 1 PSW and intending to move to Tier 1 Entrepreneur soon. I started my Ltd Company in 2011 and work full time for it.

Given the three month rule (guidance notes are not very clear), can i use the same company fro my application or should I close this one and start a new one and then apply for my Tier 1 Entrepreneur.

Any guidance will be helpful or people in similar dilemma can personal message me pls.

Your business has to be registered within 3 months from the date of the application. So, you won't be able to use the company you formed in 2011. And I don't think you have the close the existing company.

If you see guidance notes its not written anywhere that you cannot use company which is more than 3 months old.

Your business has to be registered within 3 months from the date of the application. So, you won't be able to use the company you formed in 2011. And I don't think you have the close the existing company.

Company can be older than 3 months. It can be a year old, 2 years old, 50 years old. The only requirement you have to satisfy is that you should have been appointed the director of that particular company within 3 months from the date of the application.

Hello everyone I just have made my account to know .I am a additional director of my company from Dec 2011 to june 2012 and in July 2012. I became the 100 % share holder director. Now I am applying for tier 1 now
1.can I reappoint as a director to the same company( becoz there is a clause u have registered with in 3 months)
2.or I have to open a new company and appointed as a director.
I am a contracter and my salary goes to my company account so it's difficult to create new document from my contracter.
All documents are ready money,bank statement other company documents invoice vouchers bills welcome letter business card website .
I am little bit confused in this clause
