Sole Trader

I got my Tier 1 Extension due next year in May 2013; I am working as employed as well as self employed (Sole Trader).
My query is
1. How much do I need to pay for Class 2 NI? is there any particular amount one has to pay every month and can I pay that every month as Direct Debit ?
2. do I need to pay any other taxes apart from NI and tax.
