PEO APPOINTMENT and UK born child HELP

Hi all,
My Tier 1 expires on 9th Dec so I need to book my PEO appointment soon. As it is so difficult to find a place, I don't want to lose one if and when I get one slot.

Can you please let me know exactly what information I will need in my hand to book a slot? Do I need my passport visa etc or is it just simple personal details?

Second question is just a confirmation please:
My UK born child (Nov 2006) was born before I got my HSMP - I was on my wife's dependant that time. Is it okay if I do not include her in my dependant list and apply for her citizenship once I get my ILR.

To book PEO appointment, you only need personal details (Names, DoB etc) of you and your dependants.

No need to include UK born child in your ILR application. Register her for naturalization after you obtain ILR.
