Entrepreneur Visa

Post by sgupta55 » Mon Sep 24, 2012 4:55 pm

Hi Guys,

I have recently completed my Msc International Management from Strathclyde University. Before commencing my studies I was granted the Post Study Work Scheme Visa. I have worked for 2 years 8 months in total in the UK.

I wanted to apply for the Entrepreneurship Visa and just wondered if someone has any suggestions on how to go about applying for it. Is this is the same as Graduate Entrepreneur visa?

Also I wanted to know what is the difference between Entrepreneurship and Investors Visa?

Thanks in Advance.

You cannot switch into the Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) category if you have previously been granted entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain under the following categories:

Tier 1 (Post Study Worker);
