ILR after working in England and Guernsey

If one worked in Guernesey on work visa for 2 years and then changed jobs and moved to London, England still under the Tier 2 visa. Does the move from Guensey result in the ILR restarting or do you continue , that is need to work for a further 3 years before applying for ILR.

The Channel Islands have not introduced the points-based system (PBS) but will recognise Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) and Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) only. All other employment routes will continue to be administered under their work permit scheme.
