First of all I would like to thank this forum. I had my ILR application with my wife and son. It took us around 4 hours in total for getting the approval

The documents they asked

1. Employer letter confirming SOC code and that you are still needed in job
2. Last 6 months bank statement
3. Last 12 month salary slips
4. Cohabitation documents
5. Birth certificate of the child born in UK
6. Absence lists personal and business separated
7. Letter from employer confirming business travel
8. Last 4 months joint bank accounts
9. P60s last 5 years
10. Council tax bills
11. Electoral confirmation
12. Copy Of wife's driving license
13. Letter from landlord confirming tenancy and occupants
14. Last 5 years work permit and visa documents
15. Photocopies of all the above
