Tier 2 (work Permit)

Hi All,
Please advise.
I am on I am on Tier1 General Migrant and my Visa is valid till the 16th of November 2012. I could not be eligible for a extension so my company is ready to sponser me. my pay is 30000 per annum and have been working at this job from 3 months.
My company has also applied for a sponsership licence on the 14 Aufust 2012.(Signed delivery by Royal mail) When my company chased the UKBA they told us that it will be delayed as we have too many applications pending and are dealing with applitions made on the 1st week of April. but I do not have time as my Visa is valid till the 16 November 12.
Is there a option to fast track this as my company has called the number as well but it says to send a Email and the Email tells us the same story that April applications are delt with at the moment.
1) Is there a way to fast tract this?
2) If we do not get the licence before my expiry I will have to go back to India and apply from there which my company is ok with.Is there a limit on the number of applications from India for this?
