english language requirement for tier1 dependent?

Post by tcpip_helper » Wed Sep 26, 2012 1:55 pm

Hello All,

my apologies if i am asking a question which has been discussed already,

My wife came to UK in Dec 09 as tier 1 dependent and got her first visa extension in June 10. i am in uk on tier 1 and both of us will be applying for our two year extension next month in October, I'll qualify for my English language points as i have a UK masters degree, is there any English language requirement to full fill for my wife for her visa extension??

many thanks for your quick responses.

I have recently applied for my extension.

I am very sure that there is no English point requirement for Tier 1 dependant extension.
