Hello

I was a UK Tier (1) general migrant and have established a company in UK too with Companies House. My company is related with the IT as we have rolled out an online classified site for students in UK besides we are working on a new app which is almost finished.

My visa has expired in this week and i m out of UK now. I invested my money here on the development of the websites and App. I was unable to apply for extension because i m out of UK and was not fulfilling earning requirements.

While going through the guidelines on Entrepreneur visa It came to my knowledge that i may be able to apply in this category if I have already established a business in UK and have invested it.

Can anyone help me on this please? what sorts of documents i should show to apply for this visa? Should i submit my accountant's statement? I was never been able to open a business bank account as all the money was paid to developers directly in cash from the funds which have been invested for my company registered with Companies House UK.

Please help me on this
