Hello SME's

background:
i got my workpermit made in dec 2008 and i have entered UK in May 2009 and returned back to india in dec 2009 and travelled back again in Oct 2010 on the same Visa. i got my visa extended here which converted to Tier2(ICT Established staff) and again got extended recently which converted to Tier2(ICT Long Term).

Query?
1. Am i eligible to switch to Tier2 general
2. After switching to T2G, is my continous stay of 2 yrs will be added to T2G
3. Finally am i eligible for ILR after completing 5 yrs
