Application forms to use

Hello,

I will be applying for my ILR next month as I complete 5 years on my Tier 1 General visa. I believe the form I should be using is Set(O). My wife is on a dependent visa and she has been on it for more than 2 years. So she will be applying along with me. Which form should she use for her application?

The same form as you, meaning the same single form in a joint application for both of you, and not meaning another SET(O) form.
