Hi,

I am on Tier 1 visa and its valid till Aug 2014. I breakup with my wife and lodged a divorce case in India, she too got a Tier 1 dependent visa . I came across some information on UKBA website in case of relationship breakup but they only told about writing a letter to UKBA with the details, do I also need to submit any proof of breakup ? as the case is just lodged it may take another 6 to 8 months on mutual grounds to breakup.I really wants to prevent her entering UK and make her visa cancel. Can someone guide me with this.

All you need to do is to write to UKBA informing them of the relationship breakdown. That's it .. nothing more.
Whether her leave will be cancelled or not isn't up to you, but is UKBA's decision to make.

In your case, I believe you should use the migrant change of circumstances form.

Hi,

I am just trying to fill out the form and bit confused what should I enter in Applicant details, it my details or dependent details? and point 7 and 8 what should I enter there.

Thanks, after going through the text itself I got into confusion as nothing says about who is the applicant, the main applicant or dependent
