Tier 1 General Extension: Pay Slips Not Complete

Post by purplemonkey » Fri Sep 28, 2012 2:31 pm

Hi Folks,

I need some help.
I am posting on behalf of my wife.
She needs to extend my Tier 1 visa in the next couple of months.

Her employer is not giving a letter to clearly show her earnings for the 12 month period that she need to show earnings for.

Payslips are not helpful as some of the earnings (housing allowance etc) is not shown on the payslip and thus payslips do not reflect true earnings in the UK.

She is employed in India and currently in UK on a project, so she gets a salary here + allowance. [Need to show the allowance as earnings to claim the necessary points].

Any guidance or help would be useful if any of you have been in similar circumstances.

Thanks.

Either payslips or employer letter - in addition to bank statements as the second evidence.
There is no other way.

Does she get a component of her salary deposited in India, for which she is issued a different payslip?
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
