Switch from Tier - 2 ICT dependent to Tier-2 General

Hi

I am on Tier-2 ICT Visa and my wife is on dependent Visa. We came to UK on Aug-2011. One employer is ready to sponsor her.Can she switch to Tier-2 General within UK.

And how about me Can I switch as her dependent ?Is there any cooling period for me ?

Please advice ..
