The same translation issues will pertain to Ireland (different language of aside).
To ask your spouse to return to Pakistan in order to apply for a visa would be disproportionate.
Think, before moving to Ireland and starting again if your real objective is to return to the UK. Your Italian residence does not expire simply because your husband's visa has expired.

marriage certificate is in both english and urdu its lates nadra one and attested by ministry of foreign affaires that was used for issued of schengen visa .
so i think it will be accetable for ireland and uk as both of these countries are taking this as acceptable marriage certificate but italian dont recognised any thing isuued which is not in italian must be translated and legalised.
after the metoc case i think we can apply my husbands visa but not sure .
and as ireland is english speaking country we are not going to face kind of problems we are facing ovewr here with italian language barrier.
surrinder singh route is another optiion for us .
but we would like to go for ireland if we can make application from italy .
if not than after 6 months we will try surrinder singh return .

but i think after metock and others we should be allowed to make his visa application as he is eu family member and his visa stauts expired should not be a problem
