03 Sources of Income.

Hello Members,

I am applying my extension in early next year. Currently I am earning from full time employment, 2nd, Running a service busines and 3rd Running a covenience store.

My full time semployment and running service business may give suffice earning for my extension.

Do I need to declare my income from 3rd sources also. 3rd business I am running as a Limited company. If I declare income from 3rd sorce (ie Limited company), Is it enough only dividend voucer and my personal bank statement as a evidence???. or do Ineed to prepare account etc.
