Can we get an extension on PSW ?

Hello Guys,

My PSW visa will expire on 19 Jan 2013,I have a permanent Job and have been working for about one & a half year.My employers are not in a position to sponsor my visa under Tier 2 general in Jan but are willing to sponsor me in April ...Now My Question is "IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN GET AN 3 MONTH EXTENSION ON MY VISA" MY employers are willing to provide me a letter as well stating they are not able to sponsor my visa right now but will sponsor in April.

Any Idea what needs to be done. ?????

Thanks LUCAPOOKA ...Is there anything I can do to stay in UK for 3 more months...I mean Can I switch into other category and back on Sponsorship.
