ILR

Post by satsham123 » Sat Sep 29, 2012 6:11 pm

I got my work permit from 11/12/2008 to 11/12/13.

I landed in London on 20th March 2009.

Can you please give clear information that when I can apply for my ILR ?

I shall be grateful to you if you can.

Thanks.

Based on current rules, at the completion of 5 years of your stay in UK as eligible.
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.

What is the "issue date" on the visa in your passport?

As you delayed your entry in to the UK by more than 90 days from the date entry clearance was issued (11/12/08), you will need to apply for extension (further leave to remain) before you can become eligible to apply for settlement.
